Suaps is operated by SUAPS LLC, based in Oregon, USA. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what control you have over it.
The short version.
Your closet is private. Nobody else can see it.
Photos are processed on your phone. We only ever store the cut-out garment — never the original photo, and never its location data.
We don't sell your data and we don't show ads.
You can permanently delete everything from inside the app.
When you photograph an item, background removal happens on your device using your phone's built-in image processing. The original photograph never leaves your phone and is not uploaded to us or to any third party. Only the resulting cut-out image is stored in your account.
If this ever changes — for example, if a future feature requires server-side processing — we will update this policy and tell you before it takes effect.

We keep your data for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, we delete your closet items, images, stories, and profile. Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged within 30 days. Anonymous, aggregated statistics that cannot identify you may be retained.
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data. You may also object to certain processing or withdraw consent.
Account deletion is available directly in the app, under Settings. For anything else, email support@suaps.app and we'll respond within 30 days.
If you are in the EEA or UK you may complain to your local data protection authority. If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know and delete — and we confirm we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined.
Suaps is not intended for anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.
Your data is protected by row-level access controls, meaning an account can only ever reach its own records. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and images are stored privately and served through expiring links. No system is perfectly secure, but we take this seriously and design for it from the start.
Your data is stored in The United States. If you are in the EEA or UK, transfers outside your region rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
If we change this policy we'll update the date above, and for anything material we'll notify you in the app before it takes effect.
